Lil Dragons Karate (Ages 3–5) – 30 Minutes
What to Expect:
The perfect introduction to Martial Arts for your little one — taught in a safe, positive, and encouraging environment. Each class combines fitness, fun games, engaging drills, and fundamental Karate skills, helping students build confidence, focus, and a strong foundation in Karate while staying active.
This 30-minute class is action-packed from start to finish, keeping young minds and bodies fully engaged.

White to Green Karate (Ages 6 & Up) – 45 Minutes
A Strong Start in Martial Arts.
In our White to Green Karate program Students train under the guidance of our experienced and supportive Black Belt instructors, who bring both skill and enthusiasm to every class.
What Students Will Learn:
Fundamental Karate stances, strikes, blocks, and kicks
Balance, coordination, and agility through structured drills
Focus, discipline, and respect — values that carry beyond the dojo
Teamwork and confidence through partner work and group exercises

Classes are taught in a safe, positive, and motivating environment where students are encouraged to challenge themselves, try their best, and celebrate their progress. Every 45-minute session is fast-paced and engaging, blending skill development with fun, fitness, and practical Martial Arts training.
With each belt level from White to Green, students will gain confidence, build strength, and develop a solid Karate foundation that prepares them for more advanced training.

Kids & Youth Karate – Green Belt & Up (1 Hour)
Take Your Training to the Next Level
Our Intermediate/Advanced Karate program is designed for students who are ready to build on the strong foundation they’ve already developed. This 1-hour class challenges students to sharpen their techniques, deepen their knowledge of Karate, and grow as martial artists.
What Students Will Focus On:
Advanced strikes, blocks, kicks, and combinations
Kata (forms) to refine precision, timing, and flow
Partner drills to develop control, accuracy, and application of techniques
Controlled sparring for strategy, timing, and self-confidence
Leadership, discipline, and respect — hallmarks of the advanced Karate journey
Why It Matters:
At this stage, students are no longer just learning the basics — they are training like true martial artists. They gain a deeper understanding of Karate as both a physical discipline and a mental practice, preparing them for higher belt levels and long-term success.
Every class provides a balance of challenge and encouragement, pushing students to grow while keeping training positive, motivating, and rewarding.

Our Kids & Youth Kickboxing program is designed to keep students active, motivated, and empowered while learning real martial arts skills. This dynamic program combines boxing and kicking techniques with fitness drills and fun challenges — perfect for developing both physical ability and mental focus.

Proper stance, footwork, punches, and kicks
Pad work and bag training for speed, power, and accuracy
Fitness conditioning to improve strength, agility, and endurance
Respect, discipline, and confidence in a positive team setting
Safe introduction to partner drills and light controlled sparring (age appropriate)

Lou Milonas
50 years in the martial arts. Competed in over 200 amateur and professional karate, kickboxing, Judo, TKD, and MMA competitions.
Obtained multiple black belts/ Kru certifications in Karate, Kung-Fu, Jiu Jitsu, TKD, and Muay Thai .
30 years of coaching amateur and professional athletes from amateur CASK/WAKO to professional UFC fighters.
Selected to coach first ever “ontario winter games for kickboxing “.
Certified Coach for amateur kickboxing, Muay Thai, and MMA.
Cornered/coached hundreds of athletes including UFC veterans.
Produced many champions in multiple disciplines and organizations.
Peter Franchi
Actively training and teaching martial arts for 30 years. They include karate, muaythai, wrestling, boxing and BJJ. Peter is currently a 3rd degree black belt under sensei lou milonas and has trained extensively at some of the worlds best kickboxing and mma gyms in Las Vegas and Thailand.
Peter has competed as an amateur and professional in numerous combat sports including karate, pankration, muaythai, kickboxing and mixed martial arts. He has studied Exercise science and has held numerous coaching, strength and conditioning certifications. Peter is also a certified WAKO coach and has cornered numerous fighters in kickboxing and MMA.
