What to expect: A great introduction to Martial Arts for the little ones in a safe and positive environment.
A mix of fitness, games, drills and basic Karate skills. Students will build a good Karate foundation while having fun and getting exercise. This 30-minute class is action packed from start to finish.

Lou Milonas
50 years in the martial arts. Competed in over 200 amateur and professional karate, kickboxing, Judo, TKD, and MMA competitions.
Obtained multiple black belts/ Kru certifications in Karate, Kung-Fu, Jiu Jitsu, TKD, and Muay Thai .
30 years of coaching amateur and professional athletes from amateur CASK/WAKO to professional UFC fighters.
Selected to coach first ever “ontario winter games for kickboxing “.
Certified Coach for amateur kickboxing, Muay Thai, and MMA.
Cornered/coached hundreds of athletes including UFC veterans.
Produced many champions in multiple disciplines and organizations.
Peter Franchi
Actively training and teaching martial arts for 30 years. They include karate, muaythai, wrestling, boxing and BJJ. Peter is currently a 3rd degree black belt under sensei lou milonas and has trained extensively at some of the worlds best kickboxing and mma gyms in Las Vegas and Thailand.
Peter has competed as an amateur and professional in numerous combat sports including karate, pankration, muaythai, kickboxing and mixed martial arts. He has studied Exercise science and has held numerous coaching, strength and conditioning certifications. Peter is also a certified WAKO coach and has cornered numerous fighters in kickboxing and MMA.
